I've settled into Negril, back with the Greenleaf folks. Interesting; this trip will see several sets of friends as well as two of my sisters coming to spend time. Looking forward to them, but totally happy by myself! Each morning i'm up early, make coffee and work thru morning's computer. About 9 or 10, out to the beach...a bit earlier this eyar as so far there are somesmall showers in the afternoon (though today was sterling hot and gorgeous!) In the past few days, though, have crossed several tasks off the to-do list, so feeling a bit self-righteous that I can buckle down in paradise.
Photobucket and I aren't the best of friends; I assume they think I have some technological skill. While this is minimally true, I can't always get them to cooperate. I'm going to write this, then hope to post photos to illustrate.
So first, at Toby's Resort: pictured is the dining room pool, where parties or band might play. In the back, second story, is our classroom.

at Doctor's Cave Beach in Montego Bay....about an eighth mile from the hotel, $5 per day, plenty of amenities, and nice sunsets!
Sometimes sunset isn't great; too many clouds or not enough....isn't it great when that's what I worry about?
Ensconced in Negril....there are a couple of young ladies next door, and they'll be here awhile longer. In about 8 or 9 more days, my sisters arrive, and other friends even sooner. So soon, I'm going to elbow the girls out of the kitchen a bit more and start making some of that stuff I make here!
So one last sunset; tonight, I got in an argument on the sunset deck! A young woman from New York announced to the entire deck that our chicken here at Best In The West was not Jamaican, not authentic, that she'd been coming for years. I argued, and was a a bit direct! Don't make fun of MY family!
